At TES , you'll join a team of experienced Occupational Therapists who believe great outcomes start with strong clinical support. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule , balancing remote documentation, consultation, supervision, and IEP participation with meaningful in-person services.

You'll collaborate with fellow OTs who share resources, problem-solve together, and step in to help when schedules get crowded or competing priorities arise. As our services grow, you'll have opportunities to mentor others, supervise COTAs, and help shape the future of OT services throughout the Greater Sacramento area.

Position Details

• Role: Occupational Therapist
• Location: Greater Sacramento area
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time
• Hours: 15–40 hours/week, based on your availability
• Pay: $47.50–$53.47/hour *
• *Compensation varies based on relevant experience, credentialing/certification, education, and second-language use in the role.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services while maintaining a flexible hybrid schedule.
• Conduct evaluations, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings to support student success.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team to develop meaningful solutions for students.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Occupational Therapy Assistants while helping develop future clinicians.
• Help expand OT services throughout the Greater Sacramento area while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture.

✅ What You’ll Need

• Current California license/certification in Occupational Therapy
• Mobile phone for email and basic internet access when working offsite
• Appropriate automobile insurance for use of a personal vehicle for work (minimum 25/50k liability coverage)
• Current FBI & DOJ background clearance
• Current TB test
