Job Description

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, Async Apex, SOQL, and data modeling.
Experience handling large data volumes and improving performance.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce customization, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Knowledge of Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs and integration patterns.
Ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams.
Strong communication skills and executive-level presence, including the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred: financial services industry experience and exposure to cloud-native application development.
Preferred: hands-on experience with APIs and web services, and Java or other backend technologies.
Preferred: familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
Working knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket, and Git-based source control workflows.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
Understanding of OMNI-Channel and advanced Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead engineering initiatives and shape architectural decisions across large, complex systems.
Contribute as a hands-on engineer while mentoring technical colleagues.
Promote innovation, quality, and engineering best practices.
