Job Summary

AppleOne Employment Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Responsible Associate to join a growing, results-driven team in Mission Viejo, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an early-career sales professional with 1 to 2 years of outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.

In this Inside Sales Representative role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities through high-volume prospecting, strategic outreach, discovery conversations, and qualified appointment setting. You will work closely with outside sales, marketing, and leadership teams in a supportive environment that values coaching, performance, initiative, and career growth.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging decision-makers, managing a pipeline, and turning cold prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, direct mail, and social outreach.
- Identify, research, and engage businesses across industries such as healthcare, education, professional services, fitness, hospitality, retail, and related markets.
- Build targeted prospect lists, qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations, and identify customer needs.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team and support new business development goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, lead status, notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging, campaign performance, and lead conversion.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, social outreach, and direct mail.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and identify key business decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM activity records.

- 1 to 2 years of outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.
- Proven ability to perform high-volume prospecting and generate qualified meetings.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage decision-makers professionally and confidently.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and consistent with follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong pipeline management, follow-up, and activity tracking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- B2B service sales experience.
- Experience selling into or prospecting businesses in healthcare, education, professional services, fitness, hospitality, retail, or similar industries.
- Experience in facilities, commercial services, or related industries.
- Prior success meeting daily activity goals and appointment-setting targets.
