Role Overview Full-time programme within the Maintenance team. Students working towards their Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification can receive a Conditional Offer of Employment with Republic Airways once they have completed 400 hours of training. The programme carries no commitment or contractual obligation and is designed as a transition from the classroom to work as a maintenance technician on modern Embraer E170/E175 aircraft. Republic's partnerships with Delta Air Lines, American Airlines and United Airlines, plus its broad base network, give cadets a wide set of options. Requirements Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year A&P programme at a college or training school. Eligibility to work in the United States. Valid US driver's licence.
