- Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Confirm correct quantities (cases, “eaches”, pallets) and packaging condition.
- Accurately label pallets, cartons and loose items with addresses, carrier tags, barcodes, etc in preparation for loading in containers and delivery vehicles.
- Identify, separate, and clearly mark orders at the time of receipt document shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies at the time of receipt.
- Communicate clearly with the remote team to identify and document shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies at the time of receipt.
- Accurately post Goods Receipts in Logisuite in a timely manner.
- Ensure receipts are posted to the correct location, with accurate pack type, quantities, details to submit paperwork to office team.
- Ensure pallets, cartons, and loose items are clearly labelled upon receipt.
- Flag and escalate any system mismatches, data issues, or posting errors immediately.
- Ensure documents are accurately referenced to corresponding Logicar transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and inspect freight for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting within established safety limits.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification required).
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure goods are staged correctly and safely for put away.
- Support audits and inventory review.
