* This role is based onsite in Livermore, CA Monday through Friday*

Compensation

• Base Hourly: $23 - $25 
• Annual Bonus: Up to 10%

Your Impact: 

• Collaborate with departments on updates of shipments.
• Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
• Unload packages from incoming trucks.
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.).
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and stay on top of any process/procedure changes
• Maintain reliability through attending scheduled shifts
• Other duties as assigned

What you Bring: 

• Experience in operating forklifts or taking certification classes.
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Basic math and recording abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Must be able to physically lift a minimum of 40lbs.
• High school diploma
