Role- Product Owner

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product delivery in a Scaled Agile environment. The candidate will manage the product backlog, define and prioritize features, participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, features, and user stories.
• Participate in PI Planning and support roadmap execution.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Track and manage delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align.
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Experience working in Program Increments (PIs) and large-scale Agile programs.
• Strong understanding of dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira Align.
• Experience creating and managing Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred

• SAFe POPM or Agile certification.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Job description:

• We are urgently looking for a Technical PM resource who has hands-on development experience and has managed project delivery. Client want to utilize the resource for both technical and PM type responsibilities.

Below is the high-level skillset that I put together:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, and Generative AI projects from ideation through production deployment.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery practices across cross-functional teams.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and business outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
