Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is seeking qualified and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) for immediate opportunities in a school setting.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate students and provide individualized physical therapy services as prescribed, with a focus on improving mobility, motor skills, functional independence, and overall physical performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with students and collaborating with other professionals in an educational environment.

Responsibilities
*
Evaluate students' current levels of physical functioning and potential for improvement.
*
Develop, implement, and re-evaluate individualized plans of care.
*
Provide physical therapy interventions designed to improve or restore motor function, mobility, and physical performance.
*
Establish appropriate therapy goals based on student needs.
*
Accurately and completely document services provided.
*
Monitor student progress and modify interventions as appropriate.
*
Communicate effectively with appropriate school and healthcare personnel.
*
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable requirements.
*
Provide services in a professional, nonjudgmental, and nondiscriminatory manner while respecting cultural diversity, autonomy, rights, and dignity.
*
Maintain professional competency through continuing education and state-specific requirements.
*
Comply with ATC Healthcare and client policies and procedures.
*
Maintain accepted ethical and professional standards of conduct.
Education
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent qualifying program.
Licensure
*
Current, unrestricted license or registration to practice physical therapy.
Experience
*
Minimum of one year of Physical Therapist experience in a clinical setting preferred
Credential Requirements
*
Current BLS certification from an AHA/ARC approved in person course.
*
Required health screenings and medical documentation.
*
Additional credentials and clearances may be required based on the school assignment and applicable regulatory requirements.
