Position Summary

We are seeking caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians to deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
• Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and care instructions.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Basic computer and electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency.

Physical Requirements
