Job Description

Executive Director - Muskogee, Oklahoma | Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity

Great Care Starts with Great Leadership. Are You Ready to Make an Impact?

Salary: $95,000-$102,000 Dependent on Experience

At  Seasons Hospice , we believe exceptional hospice care begins with exceptional people — and exceptional leadership.

We're searching for a  dynamic, compassionate, and results-driven Executive Director to lead our Muskogee team. This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader who knows how to bring out the best in people, build meaningful community relationships, and balance operational excellence with the heart of hospice care.

We're not looking for someone to simply oversee operations. We're looking for someone who will inspire a team, strengthen our presence in the community, and lead with purpose.

What Makes This Opportunity Special?

As our Executive Director, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead with purpose. Make a meaningful difference for patients, families, and the professionals who care for them.
  • Build a thriving team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and professional growth.
  • Make your mark. Help shape the success of our Muskogee operations through thoughtful leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Strengthen community connections. Build trusted relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and community organizations.
  • Drive excellence. Champion exceptional patient care while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability.

What You'll Do

You'll provide overall leadership and direction for our Muskogee hospice operations, including:

  • Guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team of hospice professionals.
  • Overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and organizational performance.
  • Promoting a positive, supportive, and accountable workplace culture.
  • Ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with hospice regulations and standards.
  • Developing and executing strategies that support organizational goals and sustainable growth.
  • Building strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and families.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping your team achieve meaningful results.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a confident, approachable leader who understands that  taking care of your team is an essential part of taking care of your patients.

You'll bring:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or another community-based healthcare environment.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare operations, team development, and business management.
  • Knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare certification requirements, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to balance compassion with accountability and operational performance.
  • A passion for developing people, strengthening teams, and delivering outstanding care.

RN, LPN, or another degreed professional with relevant supervisory experience preferred. Other highly qualified candidates will be considered in accordance with applicable requirements.

Your Leadership Can Make a Lasting Difference.

Hospice is about more than the care we provide. It's about the people we serve, the relationships we build, and the moments that matter most. If you're ready to lead a team where your experience, ideas, and leadership can make a real impact, we'd love to meet you!

Apply today and discover what it means to lead with purpose at Seasons Hospice.
