About The Role

Hi, I'm Jason, and I lead the team behind Jane's marketing services. Our team helps clinic owners grow their businesses through their websites and online presence, which connects directly to Jane's mission of helping the helpers: when a clinic gets found by more of the right patients, the practitioners inside it get to do more of the work they love.

Right now we're doing something new. We've been offering Jane customers a free website checkup, a no-obligation look at their online presence through an SEO lens, and clinic owners are loving it. Many finish the call asking how our team can help. This role exists to own those conversations. Every call on your calendar is with someone who's already curious, this is inbound, not cold-calling. You'll start by running the checkup calls, giving owners clear and genuinely useful recommendations, and grow into running demos and intro calls across all four of our services: Jane Websites , Jane SEO , Social Plus , and Google Ads .

A few things make this team different. We don't work on commission, so there's no pressure to convert at any cost. Our philosophy is fit first: we'd rather you walk away from a bad fit than push a sale, because at its core clinic marketing exists to help owners fill their calendar with booked appointments. You don't need sales experience to apply. You'll be mentored directly by our customer growth lead, and within your first 90 days you'll be running checkup calls with confidence. What Impact We're Looking For You To Make

• Own our free website checkup calls, giving clinic owners clear and actionable recommendations that turn cold leads into warm ones
• Grow into running demos and intro calls across all four services ( Jane Websites , Jane SEO , Social Plus , and Google Ads ), helping owners feel confident in exactly what they're saying yes to
• Drive your own pipeline in Close CRM , nurturing and following up on a high volume of warm inbound leads
• Lead honest conversations about value and cost, including what it costs a clinic to not make a change, and walk away from bad fits rather than pushing a sale
• Get fluent fast with Claude for call prep, research, and follow-ups from day one, and over time experiment with projects of your own (build-over-time expectation unconfirmed pending recruiter follow-up)

What Experience We Need

• Real customer-facing experience in some shape or form, whether that's support, service, retail, hospitality, or a first sales role , anywhere you were confident holding a conversation with someone you'd just met
• A knack for taking something technical and explaining it simply, without dumbing it down
• Energy for high-volume days and a bit of variety: lots of calls, lots of different people, no fixed script, and follow-ups you drive yourself
• Coachability and self-direction, you take feedback well, and once trained you're comfortable running your own conversations and keeping leads warm without being chased
• Comfort learning new tools quickly, you don't need to be technical, just unintimidated, and ready to use Claude in your day-to-day from the start

A nice to have: experience or a personal connection to allied health, whether that's clinic front desk work, family in the field, or having used and loved Jane yourself. Not required, but it shows in how you talk to clinics.
