Serve as the core liaison between the Shenzhen factory and international clients (primarily European and American markets), responsible for daily communication, demand confirmation, progress alignment and issue coordination.
Track the full order lifecycle covering sampling, quotation, order placement, production scheduling, manufacturing, quality inspection, shipment and customs clearance through to after-sales service, to guarantee on-time, on-spec and full-quantity delivery.
Maintain client relationships to boost customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate; collect client feedback and communicate with internal R&D, Product and Quality teams to drive product optimization.
Support BD and sales teams by preparing English proposals, quotations and technical documents; participate in overseas exhibitions, client visits and video conferences.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve client issues (technical, lead-time and after-sales matters) in a timely manner.

Requirements:
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluent English (spoken & written) with the ability to communicate with overseas clients without barriers.
At least 5 years of working experience in overseas customer success, foreign trade merchandising or project management; candidates with experience in medical devices, beauty equipment or hardware industry are preferred.
Familiar with ODM/OEM business model for medical devices; basic knowledge of MDR, FDA and NMPA compliance requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication, coordination, time management and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
Prior experience with phototherapy / medical beauty equipment is preferred. Occasional business trips (domestic & overseas) are acceptable.
