CRM Specialist – Mortgage Industry (Confidential)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our Total Expert CRM platform, supporting mortgage sales and marketing efforts. This role involves system administration, automation, data management, user support, and reporting to boost customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the CRM platform, including user access, updates, and integrations.
• Build automated workflows and marketing campaigns for each mortgage stage.
• Train and support Loan Officers and staff on CRM best practices.
• Manage customer and referral databases, executing targeted campaigns.
• Create reports and dashboards to analyze sales performance and campaign results.
• Assist with integrations between CRM, Loan Origination Systems, and marketing tools.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years CRM administration experience, ideally in mortgage or financial services.
• Proficiency with Total Expert, Salesforce (Marketing Cloud), HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with workflows, automation, and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau a plus).
• Knowledge of mortgage processes and relevant regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Industry certifications like Salesforce Admin or Total Expert preferred.
• Experience with Customer Intelligence and AI calling tools.
